Peshawar: Mr. Justice Syed Arshad Ali, a judge at the Peshawar High Court, has been appointed as Advisor to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, effective from the latest notification issued by the Academy’s Board of Governors.
According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy – Peshawar, the appointment was made under the authority of Clause (n) of Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy Act, 2012. This decision follows a previous notification dated June 11, 2024, and underscores the Academy’s commitment to leveraging experienced judicial leadership to enhance its educational and training initiatives.
Justice Ali’s new role as Advisor is expected to bring valuable insights and guidance to the Academy, further enriching its contributions to the judicial system in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
