Islamabad: Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry has urged the expansion of port-related services to enhance trade, improve cargo handling, and increase port throughput. This call to action was made during a pre-board meeting of the Port Qasim Authority (PQA) in Islamabad on Friday.

According to Press Information Department, the meeting was chaired by Minister Chaudhry and attended online by PQA Chairman Rear Admiral (retd) Syed Moazzam Ilyas, along with senior officials from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, including Additional Secretary Umar Zaffar Shaikh.
