Islamabad, December 11, 2021 (PPI-OT):A young journalist, Arif Qureshi has passed away of cardiac arrest in Islamabad, today. The deceased, Arif Qureshi, was Chief Editor of The Fortress, diplomatic news magazine, through which he was highlighting the Kashmiris’ freedom struggle and human rights violations by Indian troops in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The funeral prayer of the deceased will be held at 8:30pm at Farash Town in Islamabad, today. Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League Acting Chairman, Abdul Ahad Parra, Hurriyet leaders, Sheikh Abdul Mateen, Abdul Majeed Malik, Abdul Majeed Mir, Qazi Imran, Khalid Shabbir, Syed Manzoor Ahmed Jilani, Uzair Ahmed Ghazali and others paid rich tributes to Arif Qureshi for his contributions for Kashmir cause.
