JKEM condemns new set of rules for IIOJK govt employees

Srinagar, September 19, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Employees Movement (JKEM) has condemned the new set of rules for government employees in the territory. The JKEM spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar termed the dismissal of any employee in the territory without a logic or reason as illegal and the worst kind of human rights violation.

He said that India would never succeed in its nefarious designs through such brutal tactics, adding that such measures would further strengthen the Kashmiris freedom movement. The spokesman said, the India soldiers have started a war against the Kashmiris and they are killing innocent Kashmiris on daily basis. He said India’s ambitions are clear as it wanted to convert the Muslim majority status of the territory into a minority. He emphasized the Kashmiri people to forge greater unity among their ranks to foil enemy’s fascinating ambitions.

He also denounced the continued illegal detention of Hurriyat leaders and activists languishing in different jails of India and the territory and demanded of the United Nations and the international community to play role in their immediate unconditional release.
