Jhal Magsi: The district administration of Jhal Magsi is actively working to clear and restore crucial transportation routes disrupted by recent severe monsoon rains. Efforts are focused particularly on the Nutal to Gandawa highway, under the guidance of Naib Tehsildar Mirpur Sulaiman Khan Joya, following directives from Deputy Commissioner Syed Rehmatullah Shah.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Government of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Shah noted that the intense monsoon rains had inundated low-lying areas and overwhelmed local communication systems, severely affecting daily life and mobility. The restoration of the Nutal to Gandawa highway is being prioritized to ensure that traffic can resume safely and promptly, using heavy machinery allocated by the district administration. The main highway M8, connecting Sindh and Balochistan, has already been restored, significantly alleviating some of the transportation issues faced by the public.
