JCSC Chairman Commends Pakistani Armed Forces for Their Resilience

Islamabad, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, praised the efforts of the Pakistan Armed Forces in addressing both traditional and non-traditional security challenges during his address at the 53rd PN Staff Course at the Pakistan Navy War College in Lahore.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, General Mirza lauded the Pakistan Navy’s readiness and its consistent performance in meeting national expectations to protect Pakistan’s maritime interests. He highlighted the Navy’s historical bravery and sacrifices, emphasizing its pivotal role in national defense.

The ceremony also included a solemn tribute to fallen heroes, with the CJCSC laying a wreath at the Yadgar-e-Shuhada and offering Fateha, marking his respect and remembrance for the sacrifices made by service members. The event underscored the ongoing commitment of Pakistan’s military in safeguarding the country amidst evolving security landscapes.
