Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Accuses Indian Government of Fascism

New Delhi: Maulana Arshad Madani, President of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, has vehemently stated that India is currently under the grip of fascism, expressing concerns over governmental actions perceived as targeting the Muslim community, including the contentious Waqf Amendment Bill.

According to Kashmir Media Service, during a recent organizational meeting, Madani highlighted the need to publicly challenge what he described as a conspiracy to seize waqf properties through the proposed legislative changes. He emphasized that the bill is part of a broader, communal agenda aimed at disenfranchising Muslims of their historical and cultural assets.

Madani announced that a grand conference will be held in New Delhi on November 3, organized by Jamiat Ulema Hind, aiming to promote equality and compassion while defending the democracy and constitution of India. He stressed the importance of this conference in light of what he perceives as ongoing efforts to marginalize Muslims and provoke communal conflicts within the country.
