Jamaat-e-Islami Leader Siraj-ul-Haq Commits to Fighting Corruption Post-Election Victory


Karachi, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami, Siraj-ul-Haq, has pledged to tackle corruption if his party emerges successful in the upcoming general elections. Addressing a gathering of party workers in Karachi today, he outlined his vision for addressing some of the nation’s most pressing challenges.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Siraj-ul-Haq highlighted the critical issue of disproportionate expenditure relative to Pakistan’s available resources. He emphasized the need for a strategic approach to resolve this imbalance, which he considers a significant hindrance to the country’s progress.



The Ameer further noted that the Jamaat-e-Islami’s manifesto for the upcoming elections was developed over a year by professionals with expertise in their respective fields. This detailed and expert-driven approach reflects the party’s commitment to formulating practical and informed policies.



Siraj-ul-Haq’s remarks come at a time when Pakistan is gearing up for general elections, with corruption being a key issue for voters. His promise to address this issue resonates with a public demand for greater accountability and transparency in governance.
