Islamabad, Caretaker Minister for Health Services, Dr. Nadeem Jan, has emphasized the government’s commitment to digitalizing the health sector, aiming to enhance its efficiency and efficacy. According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, speaking at a seminar titled “Role of Digital Health System” in Islamabad on Sunday, Dr. Jan outlined the government’s strategy for integrating health-related data across provinces. This effort is part of a broader move to formulate comprehensive healthcare reforms.
The Minister expressed confidence that the digitalization program would facilitate the collection of accurate and clear data, essential for addressing future healthcare challenges. He underscored the program’s potential in streamlining processes and improving data management in the health sector.
Additionally, Dr. Jan conveyed optimism about the role of the Digital Health Centre in fostering reforms and enhancing the effectiveness of various health programs being implemented across the country.
