Islamabad Police Swiftly Apprehend Suspect in Robbery of Saudi Citizens

Islamabad, Following directives from Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Islamabad Police swiftly apprehended a suspect accused of robbing Saudi citizens in Sector F-8, achieving this within just 12 hours of the incident. Both stolen mobile phones were recovered by the authorities.

According to Press Information Department, the arrest was made possible through the use of mobile technology, surveillance cameras, and human intelligence. An ongoing investigation is being conducted with the detained suspect, and efforts are underway to capture his accomplice. Senior officials, including IG Islamabad Police Ali Nasir Rizvi and DIG Ali Raza, personally visited the Saudi Embassy to return the recovered items to Saudi officials.

Minister Mohsin Naqvi has expressed his appreciation for the quick and effective response of the police team, announcing that they will receive appreciation certificates for their commendable efforts in resolving the case promptly.
