Islamabad Police Prioritize Public Grievances Resolution Through Open Courts


ISLAMABAD: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Islamabad, Shakir Hussain Dawar, emphasized the commitment of the police force to resolving public grievances as a top priority. This announcement was made during a Khulli Katcheri held at his office, where he issued immediate directives to address citizens’ concerns.



DIG Dawar highlighted the availability of the IGP Complaint Cell 1715, a resource for citizens to register their complaints. He mentioned that Inspector General of Police Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, has instructed senior police officers to organize open courts throughout the district.



These open courts, conducted by zonal SPs in their respective zones, aim to ensure that citizens’ concerns are both heard and resolved. DIG Dawar reiterated the dedication of the Islamabad Police to effectively reach out to the public and address their issues.



Citizens are encouraged to participate in these forums and share their grievances openly, reinforcing the police’s commitment to making public grievances resolution a priority.
