ISLAMABAD: Following directives from Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, law enforcement authorities have taken steps to ensure the security of Churches across the federal capital. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, led field operations on Sunday, overseeing security arrangements at religious sites.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, SSP Raza conducted visits to several Churches and duty points, assessing the readiness of police officers and personnel stationed there. He provided instructions to enhance security measures, focusing on deployment at entry and exit points, parking areas, and the surrounding premises of the Churches.

During his interactions with Church administrative bodies, SSP Raza reiterated the commitment of Islamabad Police to protecting the lives and property of citizens. He called on the public to maintain cooperation with law enforcement and to report any suspicious activities to authorities promptly.

SSP Raza highlighted the importance of police-public collaboration in maintaining law and order and affirmed that the police force remains dedicated to its duties, aiming to create a secure environment in Islamabad. He concluded by emphasizing the priority of safeguarding citizens and upholding the rule of law.
