Islamabad Police Honors Parents with Special Ceremony


ISLAMABAD: Following directives from Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police held a ceremony at the Capital Police College to commemorate Global Parents Day. The event, attended by numerous police officers and their parents, focused on the pivotal role of parents and the significance of their guidance.



During the ceremony, Director of Special Initiatives Shams-ul-Haq Durrani and SP Capital Police College Najeeb Shah addressed the attendees, emphasizing the sacrifices parents make and their crucial role in character building. The officers highlighted that June 1st is a day dedicated to honoring the love and compassion of parents.



Speakers at the event expressed that parents serve as a child’s first school, with their support forming the foundation for future success. They encouraged attendees to view parents as partners in education and personal development, reinforcing the importance of a strong bond between parents and children.
