Islamabad Mourns the Loss of Martyred Sub-Inspector Haider Ali Shah


Islamabad: The Police Lines in Islamabad was the solemn setting for the funeral prayers of Sub-Inspector Haider Ali Shah, who was killed in the line of duty. The ceremony was attended by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Nawabi, the Inspector General of Islamabad Police, and other high-ranking law enforcement officials.



According to Press Information Department, Minister Nawabi extended his condolences to Haider Ali’s sons and expressed his profound respect for the fallen officer, stating, “Your father achieved the highest rank of martyrdom, and we believe that martyrs are alive.” He commended Sub-Inspector Haider Ali Shah for his bravery as an officer of the Islamabad Police and reiterated the government’s commitment to bring the perpetrators to justice. During the ceremony, a floral wreath was laid on Haider Ali’s coffin and a police contingent presented a salute in honor of the martyr, who was slain by criminals near Shahzad Town Police Station.
