Islamabad Capital Police Tighten Security Measures in High Security Zone

Islamabad, In response to directives from the Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police have intensified security protocols in the High Security Zone (HSZ). A meeting chaired by SP High Security Zone Saud Khan briefed security personnel on maintaining heightened vigilance and preparedness to handle any unforeseen incidents effectively.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the HSZ, which includes critical government and private establishments, diplomatic missions, and other vital assets, requires strict security measures. During the meeting, police officers and representatives of government and private institutions located within the HSZ were instructed on the importance of remaining alert and vigilant at all times.

Security personnel were directed to closely monitor suspicious vehicles and individuals and to respond promptly to any potential threats. SP Saud Khan emphasized the need for security officials to demonstrate the highest levels of diligence and professionalism in their duties. He also stressed the importance of maintaining a positive rapport with citizens in the area.

Additionally, the Islamabad Capital Police have appealed to the public to assist in these security efforts. Citizens are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or individuals immediately to the police helpline “Pukar-15.” This collaborative approach between the police and the community is aimed at ensuring the safety and security of the High Security Zone in Islamabad.
