Tehran: Iran has reached an agreement to allow 20 more ships under the Pakistani flag to navigate through the strategic Strait of Hormuz, according to a statement from Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar. This move permits two ships to pass through the strait each day.
According to Radio Pakistan, the announcement was made by Senator Dar in a post on the social media platform X. He emphasized that the decision by Iran represents a constructive gesture, highlighting the significance of the allowance for Pakistani maritime operations in the region.
