IPO Chairperson Emphasizes Agricultural Innovation During Visit to Peshawar University

Peshawar: In a significant visit to the University of Agriculture Peshawar, Chairperson of the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) Farukh Amil met with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Jehan Bakht to discuss the pivotal role of agriculture in Pakistan’s economy and the essential adoption of intellectual property (IP) rights by agriculturalists.

According to Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan, during discussions with the university’s senior faculty, including Dean Professor Dr. Iftikhar Hussain Khalil, Chairperson Amil highlighted the urgency for agriculturalists to engage more profoundly with IP rights and focus their research and development on agri-tech innovations.
