International Military Teams Gather for Pakistan Army Exercise


Pabbi: The 8th International Pakistan Army Team Spirit Exercise-2025 commenced at the National Counter Terrorism Centre in Pabbi, with an opening ceremony led by the Director General of Military Training. This 60-hour intensive patrolling exercise is designed to bolster military cooperation amid a complex global security landscape.



Participating in this year’s event are military teams and observers from 20 nations. The countries actively taking part include Pakistan, Bahrain, Belarus, China, Saudi Arabia, Maldives, Morocco, Nepal, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Turkiye, the United States, and Uzbekistan. Meanwhile, Bangladesh, Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Kenya, Myanmar, South Africa, and Thailand are present as observers.



The Pakistan Army Team Spirit Exercise, held annually, is a mission-specific and task-oriented military event that emphasizes physical fitness, mental agility, and professional expertise. It challenges participants to make swift decisions in realistic scenarios.



The exercise aims to foster perseverance through team spirit and seeks to enhance soldiers’ basic attributes. It also promotes interoperability by encouraging the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices among the participating nations.
