Islamabad: Today, the city hosts a significant event pertaining to the International Defence Exhibition, drawing the participation of senior government officials, civil servants, diplomats, and leaders from the business sector.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO), under the Ministry of Defence and Defence Production, is responsible for organizing this biennial International Defence Exhibition and Seminar, which is traditionally held in Karachi. The event showcases defence equipment manufactured in Pakistan as well as presentations by major defense companies from around the world.
The 12th edition of the International Defence Exhibition is scheduled to take place at the Karachi Expo Center in November of this year, continuing its tradition of facilitating global defence industry engagements and collaborations.
