Quetta, During his visit to the Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) Headquarters, Federal Minister for Interior, Mohsin Naqvi, commended the corps for their pivotal role in maintaining peace in the region.
According to Press Information Department, Minister Naqvi was welcomed by Inspector General FC Major General Amir Ajmal Chaudhry and received a guard of honor from the Frontier Corps personnel. In a significant meeting at the headquarters, the Minister lauded the FC North for its professionalism and bravery, acknowledging their vital contributions to the stability of Balochistan.
The Minister’s visit included laying a floral wreath at the Martyrs’ Memorial and reciting Fatiha to honor the sacrifices of the martyrs. He also toured the headquarters’ museum, showing keen interest in the historical artifacts and inspecting the modern equipment used by the Frontier Corps.
Highlighting the patriotism of the people of Balochistan, Minister Naqvi emphasized that sustainable development in the region is intrinsically linked to enduring peace. The visit served as an opportunity to discuss professional matters related to the Frontier Corps and to reaffirm the government’s support for their ongoing peacekeeping efforts.
