Interior Minister Pledges to Enhance Public Service Accessibility


ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has pledged to improve accessibility and ease of public services across all levels, emphasizing the government’s dedication to this cause.



During an unannounced visit to the NADRA Mega Center in Islamabad’s Blue Area, Naqvi evaluated the facility’s capabilities. He interacted with citizens who visited the center for identity cards and other documentation services. The visitors expressed their satisfaction with the services provided at the center.



Naqvi lauded the efforts of the NADRA Mega Center staff and commended the performance of the NADRA Chairman and his team.



The Interior Minister also examined the center’s modern automated systems. He personally tested the system by entering his ID number and scanning his fingerprints, highlighting the center’s technological advancements.



This visit underscores the government’s commitment to improving public service delivery and ensuring citizen satisfaction.
