Istanbul: Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi officially inaugurated the SAHA Expo-2024, a significant international exhibition, joined by representatives from various countries. The event, marked by a series of meetings and showcases, serves as a platform for discussing enhancements in technology and security measures, and strengthening international partnerships, particularly between Pakistan and Turkey.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Naqvi’s participation in the expo was warmly received by Turkish officials, including a commendation from General Metin Gurak, Chief of the Turkish General Staff, acknowledging Pakistan’s significant contributions to the expo. The minister toured the Pakistani stalls, expressing appreciation for the advanced equipment and technology on display, reflecting Pakistan’s growing capabilities in these sectors.
During his visit, Naqvi is scheduled to hold discussions with Turkish cabinet ministers and other central leadership to further bilateral relations and cooperation in key areas such as border management, security, and combating human trafficking. This visit underscores the strategic importance of Pakistan-Turkey relations and their shared priorities in regional stability and security enhancements.
