The visit included a comprehensive departmental briefing and an inspection of the Public Information Department.
According to the AJK Information Technology Board, the Information Secretary stressed the importance of adapting to modern digital technology, including the use of artificial intelligence, to innovate the Public Relations Department. Ms. Nisa outlined plans to align the department with modern social and digital media requirements, enhance officer training, and address resource needs.
