Information Minister Advocates for State Media Reforms

Islamabad, The Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Murtaza Solangi, has called for necessary reforms in state broadcasters, including Pakistan Television (PTV). Solangi’s remarks came during a meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Information and Broadcasting, chaired by Senator Fawzia Arshad. The Information Minister highlighted the approaching elections and the need for political parties to discuss the reform program of state media.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, focused on the role and functioning of state broadcasters in the context of the upcoming elections.
