Information Minister Accuses PTI Leader Raoof Hasan of Anti-National Activities

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has openly accused PTI leader Raoof Hasan of maintaining problematic ties with an Indian journalist, alleging that these contacts reveal an anti-national agenda. During a statement today, Tarar condemned Hasan’s actions as part of a broader pattern of behavior that threatens national integrity.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Tarar detailed how Raoof Hasan’s communications were provocative and supported by foreign entities aiming to undermine Pakistan’s sovereignty. He linked these actions to past incidents, including the controversial events of May 9th, suggesting a sustained campaign against the state.

The Minister also criticized the PTI’s social media cell, accusing it of facilitating communications with enemies of Pakistan and conducting campaigns against the Pakistan Army and its leadership. Tarar asserted that ongoing investigations into Hasan’s interactions with the Indian journalist confirm a deliberate anti-Pakistan campaign orchestrated by external adversaries.

Further, Tarar claimed that the PTI has been involved in reintegrating terrorists into society to advance an alleged Indian agenda, intensifying concerns about the party’s activities and their implications for national security.
