India’s dreaded NIA files chargesheet against illegally detained youth in IIOJK

Srinagar, March 21, 2023 (PPI-OT): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed the first supplementary chargesheet against an illegally detained Kashmiri youth in a false case registered against him. The NIA filed chargesheet against the youth Muhammad Rafi Najar of Sopore area of Baramulla in the false case. The NIA had earlier dubbed him as an over-ground worker of a mujahid organization to justify his illegal detention.

Muhammad Rafi Najar is a dealer in handicrafts and was based in Pokhra city of Nepal. The NIA also attached the property of a freedom activist, Bashir Ahmed Peer, on 4th March, 2023, in the same case registered under draconian law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
