SRINAGAR, Indian troops have taken two young individuals into custody in the Baramulla district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the arrests occurred during a cordon and search operation in the Dangarpora area of the district earlier this week. The troops, justifying the detention, labeled the youths as activists of a Mujahideen organization. This group campaigns for the right to self-determination, a promise recognized in United Nations resolutions.
Concurrently, cordon and search operations are ongoing in various districts, including Srinagar, Kupwara, Pulwama, Islamabad, Kulgam, Rajouri, and Poonch.
