Srinagar: A series of substantial search operations have been initiated by Indian troops in the regions of Bandipora and Poonch in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir, targeting several areas as part of a broader security crackdown.
According to Kashmir Media Service, an official reported that the operations have expanded into adjacent locales, with security forces actively frisking vehicles. The intensity of these searches indicates a significant security concern in these districts, though the specifics of the triggers for these operations were not disclosed.
