Srinagar, October 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami has strongly condemned the rising number of innocent killings in fake encounters staged by Indian troops in the territory.
The Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami in a statement issued after a meeting of its Advisory Council in Budgam said that Narendra Modi’s fascist Indian government has given a free licence to its forces to commit genocide of the Kashmiris. The meeting, presided over by TWI Chairman, Khadim Hussain, discussed in detail the current deteriorating situation in the occupied territory.
The meeting observed that Kashmiris with a passion for freedom were fighting hard against Indian oppression and their determination had embarrassed the Indian occupation forces. The participants said that defeated Indian soldiers shot and killed the youth passing in front of their camps, the latest example of which was the martyrdom of a labourer in the indiscriminate firing of the Indian paramilitary CRPF men in Zinapura area of Shopian, yesterday.
The participants of the meeting also strongly condemned the inhumane act of Indian troops to release detained Zia Mustafa from Kotbhalwal jail since and killed him in a fake encounter in Mandher area of Poonch. The participants said that the turning of the entire occupied territory into a military garrison with the deployment of thousands troops in Srinagar and other towns on the visit by Indian Home Minister Amit Shah is a proof that India is merely occupying IIOJK by the dint of military might.
The meeting stated that the Kashmiri people want freedom from the illegitimate Indian occupation and they categorically reject the so-called visits of Indian leaders to the disputed territory. The meeting fully supported the APHC call for observing the strike on October 27 and urged the Kashmiris to make it a complete success.
