Indian Supreme Court moved against NC leader for raising ‘pro-Pakistan’ slogans

New Delhi, September 03, 2023 (PPI-OT): Out of frustration, the Modi regime has submitted an affidavit in the Indian Supreme Court against the veteran National Conference leader Mohammad Akbar Lone for raising ‘pro-Pakistan slogan in the-then assembly of occupied Jammu and Kashmir in February 2018.

The affidavit has been filed by a non-government organization, ‘Roots in Kashmir’ at the behest the Modi regime. Mohammad Akbar Lone is also one of the petitioners in the Indian top court against the abrogation of Article 370, and the objective of submitting the affidavit is to challenge his credentials as the petitioner.
