Indian soldier held with live rounds at Srinagar airport 

Srinagar, July 29, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an Indian soldier was held at the Srinagar airport on Friday after the airport security recovered two live rounds from his baggage.

An official told media men that during screening at the drop gate of the Srinagar airport, two live rounds of Indian Small Arms System (INSAS) rifle were recovered from the baggage of Vijay Pal of Assam rifles (AR) who was proceeding on leave from Srinagar to New Delhi.

Vijay Pal was immediately detained for questioning and later handed over to police post, Humhama, the official said. He said that further investigation has been launched in this regard.
