Srinagar, A tragic road accident in the Verinag area of Islamabad district, Jammu and Kashmir, resulted in the death of an Indian soldier and injuries to nine others. The military vehicle they were traveling in veered off the road and plummeted into a gorge.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the incident involved an army vehicle from the 19 RR battalion that skidded and fell into a gorge at Batagund Verinag. An official confirmed the death of one soldier and reported that the nine injured personnel had various injuries. All the injured have been transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. .
