Srinagar, February 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an Indian policeman was killed and four forces’ personnel were injured in a grenade blast in Bandipora district, today. Officials said that unidentified persons hurled a grenade towards a joint party of Indian police and paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) near Nishat Park in Bandipora, leaving four police personnel and a CRPF man injured.
The injured, four policemen and a CRPF soldier, were taken to the hospital. However, one cop identified as Zubair Ahmad succumbed to the injuries. Soon after the incident, Indian troops and police personnel cordoned off the area and launched searches to nab the attackers.
