Indian Home Minister Amit Shah’s political drama in IIOJK was a flop show

Srinagar, October 07, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, under the shadow of the guns of more than one million Indian soldiers, the visit of Indian Home Minister Amit Shah has completely failed and was a flop show.

The Indian authorities and Hindutva officials in administration had ordered the teachers and other government employees of the schools of Baramulla and Kupwara districts to ensure their participation in Amit Shah’s official public meeting in Baramulla.

The personnel of Indian Army, police, SOG and other agencies already were present who participated in the public meeting in plain clothes. The Indian government also ordered the women workers working in the Anganwadi Department of the Social Welfare Department to participate in the so-called public meeting.

The purpose of this political drama was to mislead the Indian and international community and make it believe that the Kashmiri people are happy with the so-called BJPs regime. While in reality it was quite the opposite as the local political parties, civil society members, transporters, students, traders, religious and people belonging to other parts of life avoided such political gimmick and this so-called jalsa. The entire Kashmir was completely besieged as harassment by the Indian forces continued and drones were used before Amit Shah’s visit.

All Parties Hurriyat Conference and political analysts in Srinagar, talking to Kashmir Media Service, said that it was a political drama staged by the Hindutva BJP government and its puppet administration in the shadow of millions of soldiers, adding that India could not win the wounded hearts of the Kashmiris.

The purpose of this visit of Amit Shah was to mislead the Indian people and the world about the ground situation in the territory. On the same day Indian forces martyred five innocent Kashmiris in Shopian and Pulwama districts of South Kashmir to please their Home Minister.

The Kashmiri people have made it clear to India since 1947 that they hate Indian illegal military occupation, its state terrorism and want complete freedom from India. They said Kashmir is not a so-called development and roads issue but a dispute recognised by India in the United Nations where Kashmiris are promised to choose their political future by plebiscite under the United Nations resolutions. The Kashmiris once again sent a message to India that they will not give up their right to self-determination under any circumstances and military might policies.
