Indian court frames charges against 4 Kashmiris

New Delhi, July 10, 2021 (PPI-OT):A court in Indian capital, New Delhi ordered framing of charges against four Kashmiris under draconian law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

Special Judge Parveen Singh framed charges against Mohammad Shafi Shah alias Doctor, Talib Lali, Muzzafar Ahmad Dar and Mushtaq Ahmad Lone under various charges dealing with criminal conspiracy, waging war against the country, and under provisions of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
