Srinagar, April 11, 2023 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian army sponsored Village Defence Guards (VDGs) member committed suicide in Rajouri district. The VDG member identified as Suresh Kumar Sharma committed suicide by shooting himself with his 303 rifle in Bai Nambal village of the district. The weapon with which the VDG member committed suicide was issued to him by the IIOJK authorities earlier this year.

The Hindutva terrorist gang Village Defence Guards (VDGs) formerly known as Village Defence Committees are equipped with weapons in the guise of bolstering so-called security in the hilly areas of Jammu region, however, the actual aim is to browbeat Muslims and create an atmosphere of fear and terror for them in the areas.
