Indian army, CRPF start weapon training for terror group VDGs in Rajouri 

Jammu, January 16, 2023 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian army along with paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force has started a special weapon training for its terror armed group Village Defence Guards (VDGs) in Rajouri district. Indian army and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) have set up the training camp at the Lam Ground near the Line of Control in Nowshera area of the district.

The Village Defence Guards (VDG) from Lam, Laroka, Mohra Kampala, Pukharni, Bhata, Raipur and Qila Darhal areas are getting armed training from Indian forces. The VDGs are getting proper handling of weapons, cleaning and their maintenance, the officials said, adding that a special firing session was organised for the participants. VDGs training camps are also in Poonch, Kishtwar, Doda, Kathua, Reasi and Jammu districts.
