India subjecting resistance leaders to judicial terrorism: TeM

Srinagar, July 02, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Muzahamat (TeM) has said that India is subjecting resistance leadership and activists to worst kind of judicial terrorism. The TeM Chairman, Bilal Ahmed Siddiqui in a statement issued in Srinagar, strongly reacting to rejection of bail to senior Hurriyat leader and the Chairman of Democratic Freedom Party, Shabbir Ahmed Shah by a Dehli court in a false and fabricated case, said that it was the worst kind of political victimization.

He said, a reputed political leader was arrested in a fabricated case in 2017 and among dozens of witnesses five have been examined during last four years, which itself speaks volumes about the motive of New Delhi and also speaks volumes about the credibility of Indian judicial system when it comes to delivering justice to innocent Kashmiri political prisoners.

Bilal Ahmed Siddiqui deplored that prolonging detention of the Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders, on one pretext or the other, was a well-designed colonial plan of India to punish Kashmiri political prisoners for resisting its ugly and illegal occupation of Kashmir. “We have a fresh example of an innocent Srinagar-based youth who was pronounced innocent and set free by a special Gujrat court after 12 years.
