India giving hype a mistaken border cross case as diversion tactic

New Delhi, September 24, 2023 (PPI-OT):Amid growing criticism for being involved in the murder of a Sikh leader in Canada, India has claimed arresting a Pakistani national near the Pakistan-India border in a bid to divert the media attention from its ugly action.

India’s paramilitary Border Security Force (BSF) officials claimed that they had apprehended a 30-year-old Pakistani in Bhuj, Gujarat.

Mehboob Ali is a resident of Badin district in Sindh, the BSF officials added.

However, experts say that people living near the borders often mistakenly cross over, and are apprehended by the neighboring country’s border force, and after preliminary investigation they are handed over to the respective country.

On this particular occasion, they added, India is giving hype the so-called arrest, if any, only to divert the attention of the local as well international media from its nefarious act of killing a Canadian national on the foreign soil, and also to defame Pakistan.
