India decides to re-deploy BSF in IIOJK to further stifle Kashmiris

New Delhi, November 12, 2021 (PPI-OT):In order to further tighten the noose around the Kashmiris, Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government has decided to redeploy the Border Security Force (BSF) in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Reports said apart from Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force and IIOJK police, the BSF will also be deployed in the Kashmir Valley.

The reports said that after a gap of 14 long years, the BSF will be again deployed with other forces in the territory. “Decision of redeploying BSF was taken during a high-level meeting convened by Indian Home Minister, Amit Shah in October”, the reports added.

Reportedly, the BSF would be deployed in the Kashmir Valley in a phased manner. In the first phase, over 20 companies of the BSF will be deployed at vital installations. The BSF will also coordinate with other forces in operations. The BSF will be deployed in Srinagar, Pulwama, Shopian, Islamabad, Ganderbal, Kulgam and Baramulla.

Pertinently, after the eruption of anti-India uprising in 1989, the BSF was deployed to work with other occupational forces in the Kashmir Valley to suppress the Kashmiris’ freedom movement. However, after 2005, the BSF was gradually removed from the Valley and shifted on the Line of Control in IIOJK.
