Srinagar, November 23, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the High Court has issued summons to three senior advocates over their pro-freedom activities. The summons were issued by the High Court Judges Sanjeev Kumar, Sanjay Dhar and Muhammad Akram Chowdhary on a complaint filed by the occupied territory’s Secretary for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Achal Sethi.
These advocates are former Presidents of High Court Bar Association, Mian Abdul Qayoom and Nazir Ahmad Ronga as well as former General Secretary, Ghulam Nabi Shaheen.
