Islamabad, January 16, 2023 (PPI-OT):Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr Akbar Nasir Khan visited the “Capital Book Fair” held at Art and Crafts Village organized by the district administration, a police public relations officer said. He said that, IGP Islamabad visited the stalls set up there and reviewed the available books. IGP Islamabad also distributed books among the children participating in the book fair.

He also appreciated the initiative taken by the district administration in order to promote book literacy among the youth. He further said that, regular reading sessions should be organized for the young generation in order to inculcate the passion for reading books adding that books are the best means of developing human personality and foresight in thinking.
