IGP Islamabad Reviews Administrative Affairs, Emphasizes Public Service Enhancement


Islamabad: Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi led a meeting focused on administrative affairs, police welfare, and public service delivery, underscoring the importance of community-oriented policing and efficient service provision.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting was attended by DIG Headquarters Muhammad Atique Tahir, AIG Logistics Abdul Haq Umrani, and other officers. Discussions centered on administrative efficiency, welfare initiatives for police personnel, and the mechanisms for service delivery at police stations. The performance of various departments was evaluated, with an emphasis on enhancing professional capabilities and fostering public trust.



IGP Rizvi issued directives aimed at improving administrative processes and ensuring the timely provision of quality services. He urged officers to perform their duties with integrity and professionalism and announced that open forums would be held regularly for citizens to voice concerns. The practice is intended to facilitate the prompt resolution of issues in accordance with merit and legal standards. IGP Rizvi reaffirmed the commitment of the Islamabad Police to provide better facilities and services to the public.
