IG Sindh Reviews Security and Welfare Measures in Larkana

Larkana, IG Sindh Rafat Mukhtar Raja conducted a visit to the Police Range Larkana, where he reviewed the security arrangements and emphasized the importance of improving welfare measures for police personnel on duty.

According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Sindh, IG Raja was received by DIG Larkana Nasir Aftab, DIG Traffic Hyderabad Fida Hussain Mastoi, and SSPs from various districts upon his arrival at the SSP office in Larkana. A formal salute was given by the police Chowk and Choband squad to honor his arrival.

During his visit, IG Raja presided over a meeting with senior police officers in the police conference hall. The meeting focused on reviewing the peace and order situation within the Larkana Range and other districts. Particular attention was given to the security arrangements made for the upcoming death anniversary of martyr Benazir Bhutto.

IG Raja, along with DIG Larkana and SSP Larkana, also inspected the security arrangements at the meeting hall in Garhi Khuda Baksh Bhutto. They reviewed the CCTV monitoring system and parking areas to ensure stringent security measures are in place.

One of the key points emphasized by IG Raja during his visit was the need to improve welfare measures for police personnel, including better food and accommodation provisions. This directive underlines the commitment to ensuring the well-being of officers serving in challenging and demanding roles.
