Lahore, In a compassionate move, Inspector General of Punjab Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with police employees and their families at the Central Police Office, where he attentively listened to their grievances and issued directives for immediate relief. This meeting underscores the department’s dedication to addressing the welfare and concerns of its workforce.
According to Punjab Police, Dr. Anwar took a hands-on approach in resolving the issues presented during the meeting. He directed the Regional Police Officer (RPO) of Gujranwala to address the seniority fixation request of Head Constable Syed Sajid Hussain Rizvi promptly. Furthermore, the request by wireless operator Constable Muhammad Bilal for government quarters was forwarded to the AIG Development for processing. The Inspector General also instructed the DIG Establishment to act on the recruitment request for the son of Ghazi Constable Asif Ali from Sheikhupura, emphasizing the need for merit-based consideration in all cases.
