Lahore, July 26, 2023 (PPI-OT): On the instructions of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, the process of departmental promotions is going on in the police department according to merit and seniority and in this regard, 55 more officials have been given departmental promotions. Spokesman Punjab Police said that 55 police officers and personnel who fulfilled the rules and regulations have been promoted to the rank of sub-inspector and ASI and among those promoted are 17 ASIs and 38 head constables of Rawalpindi and Sahiwal regions. are

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar while congratulating the promoted officers and officials directed them to perform their duties more wholeheartedly. Dr. Usman Anwar said that in the recent phase of ongoing promotion in various regions including Lahore, 07 thousand promotions are being given. IG Punjab said that every officer and official eligible for promotion is getting his departmental right without delay, as a result of the force’s promotions and recent welfare measures, further improvement in the force’s performance is certain.
