IG Islamabad Leads Meeting on Enhancing Law and Order at Central Police Office

Islamabad: Inspector General of Police, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, presided over a crucial meeting at the Central Police Office on Monday, focusing on the law and order situation of the city. The session brought together high-ranking officials to strategize on strengthening peace and security in the capital.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting was attended by key personnel including DIG Dr. Syed Mustafa Tanveer, AIG Special Branch Yasir Afridi, SSP Operations Muhammad Arslan Shahzaib, and SP Law and Order Hakim Khan. These officials reviewed the current security measures and discussed various strategies to ensure the safety and tranquility of Islamabad’s residents.

During the meeting, IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi emphasized the commitment of the police force to safeguard the lives and properties of the citizens. He assured that all necessary actions are being implemented to maintain order and prevent any disturbances. The Inspector General also highlighted the importance of community cooperation with law enforcement. He urged the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities using the emergency helpline Pucar-15 or the ICT-15 app.

Rizvi expressed his determination to transform Islamabad into a “cradle of peace,” underscoring the relentless efforts of the police in achieving this goal.
