Islamabad, January 16, 2023 (PPI-OT):A delegation from Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ICCI) visited the central police office and met with the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan. The delegation paid tribute to Shaheed head constable Adeel Hussain of Islamabad Capital Police and handed over a check of Rs 5 lakh to IG Islamabad for the deceased family. The delegation highly appreciated the bravery of the officers of the Islamabad Capital Police who saved the city from a major disaster without caring for their lives.

SSP (Operations Safe City) Dr. Khurram Rasheed was also present during the meeting. The delegation paid rich tribute to the bravery of the martyred Head constable Adeel Hussain of Islamabad Capital Police who sacrificed his life while thwarting the recent suicide blast in I-10 area of Islamabad.

The delegation also appreciated the officials on behalf of the business community of the federal capital Islamabad. On the occasion, IGP Islamabad thanked the delegation and said that the Islamabad Capital Police is always engaged in maintaining law and order in the federal capital and no stone would be unturned to save the life and property of the citizens.
