Lahore: The Higher Education Department has revised the terms for its tender notice concerning the hiring of courier services. The change involves a clarification in the eligibility criteria for potential bidders, specifically regarding their status with regulatory authorities.
According to a statement by Higher Education Department – Government of The Punjab, the modification pertains to Clause 3.3 of the bidding documents. Initially, the clause stated that bidders must not be under a declaration of blacklisting by any government department or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The updated clause now specifies that bidders should not be blacklisted by both the PPRA and the procuring agency.
The updated bidding documents are now available for download on the official websites of the Higher Education Department, PPRA, and EPADS. The department encourages interested parties to access the revised documents and adhere to the updated guidelines in their submissions.
