Gwadar Teachers Complete Professional Development Training to Enhance Educational Standards

Gwadar: A three-day teacher training program focusing on Continuous Professional Development (CPD) was recently concluded at Government Girls High Secondary School and Government Boys High School Gwadar Modern. The training, organized by the Department of Education PITE, aimed to update teachers’ skills to meet modern educational demands and introduce them to new teaching methodologies.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the CPD event drew participation from various schools, where educators were equipped with advanced teaching techniques, innovative learning methods, and effective classroom management skills. The training was specifically designed to refine the participants’ teaching abilities to enhance student learning outcomes and elevate educational standards.

Assistant Commissioner Gwadar, Mir Jawad Ahmad Zahri, who attended the closing ceremony as a special guest, commended the teachers for their dedication to professional growth. “Teachers are the architects of the nation, and enhancing their training is crucial for the bright future of our children,” Zahri remarked. He further noted that such training sessions are vital not only for the professional development of educators but also for revitalizing their motivation.

The event concluded with a ceremony where teachers received certificates acknowledging their hard work and successful completion of the training. Among the attendees were Bilqis Sulaiman, District Education Officer Female, and other notable educators who expressed their satisfaction with the outcomes of the training and pledged to fully apply the newly acquired techniques to improve student performance.
